Terms and Conditions


Definitions
Unless the context requires otherwise the following words shall have the following meanings:
"Customer" means the person who views this website and/or purchases Erica Wakerly products.
"Contract" means the contract between the Erica Wakerly and the Customer.
"Products" means the goods ordered by the Customer.

Erica Wakerly reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Samples
Samples will be sent by post. Wallpaper and fabric may vary in colour from that seen on your monitor. Erica Wakerly wallpapers and printed fabrics are produced using a traditonal technique which may result in slight irregularities in the print, but this will not affect the overall finished affect.

Payment
Payment must be received from the customer in full before despatch of orders, unless otherwise agreed with Erica Wakerly.

Stock Availability
Wallpapers are usually all in stock, however this isn't always possible. If an item is out of stock, the Customer will be emailed within 1 working day of placing an order. Please email info@printpattern.com if delivery of your order is urgent.

Delivery
Delivery charges will be added to the Customer's order total, or as quoted. Delivery will normally be within five working days from order. Delivery will normally be by post or courier. Delivery on all orders is Ex-Works. If there is any shortage in delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to Erica Wakerly within 48 hours of delivery. The Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer and the Customer must ensure that address details which they provide are accurate. Erica Wakerly cannot be held responsible for lost working time or any associated costs in the unlikely event of a delivery being delayed, incorrect, damaged or faulty.

Returns
No goods can be returned without prior arrangement. Refunds are strictly limited to the replacement of faulty wallpaper. Please do note the Customer should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging. The Customer should only hang 3 drops before reporting a fault and should contact Erica Wakerly immediately if a fault is found.

Sale of Goods
All Products are believed by Erica Wakerly to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. Any defect should be reported to Erica Wakerly immediately as it is discovered. Hanging instructions will be provided with the Products. All technical information in response to enquiry is given by Erica Wakerly in good faith. It will ultimately be for the Customer to satisfy themself as to the suitability of the product having regard to their own particular situation and upon site conditions that are unknown to Erica Wakerly. The liability of Erica Wakerly will not exceed the value of the products supplied. In particular, loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded.

Your Local Laws
The Customer is responsible for any customs duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. Erica Wakerly accepts no responsibility for any delay in clearing the products at customs.

Copyright
All design, text, graphics, and the selection, alteration and arrangement of the aforesaid elements are the copyright of Erica Wakerly.

Law
Any contract between Erica Wakerly and the Customer will be governed and constructed according to English Law and each party hereby submits to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
